Von Ugo

In 2025, Kaya founded a business venture called Von Ugo. Von Ugo is an arthouse film production studio with a mission to support the work of costume designers in film by spotlighting their craft through socially innovative media and event production. Von Ugo believes that costume design is an overlooked art form with an incredibly strong narrative ability. The studio is committed to amplifying the voices of costume designers by shining a light on their work within larger creative ecosystems, while inviting wider audiences into these ecosystems to join us in appreciating, supporting, and expanding our understanding of the art of costume design in film. 

Von Ugo is currently being developed by Kaya at The University of Southern California in the Arts Leadership (MS) program.
